The MIPIM Property Trade Fair finished in The Palais des Festivals in Cannes last week.
The Czech Development Invest Company together with the parent company European Real Estate Group REAL SPEKTRUM and Investorsko inženýrská Company made use of an opportunity to present their real estate and development projects, which are an interesting possibility for investors.
The positive for us is that the investors are interested in the Czech Republic´s properties.
Currently our three largest offerings are in the locations:
Studenka - in the North Moravia Region, have undeveloped land available, zoned industrial, situated near the D47 motorway.
Prestanov – in North Bohemia, near the city of Usti nad Labem, has available up to 44.5 acres of undeveloped land, zoned industrial, and located near the D8 motorway.
Hradec Kralove Pouchov – in Eastern Bohemia, situated in the industrial area, has available up to 8 acres undeveloped land, attractive lots for logistics and industrial use, with valid planning permission.
Another trend of the current economy for which is our country ideally placed is the expected new interest of business activity in the Czech Republic. The MIPIM´s trade faire represents a possibility for significant contacts and for presentation of our real estate offers.
